Room Rates and Policies
$79 per room per night for the Bill and Ernestine Rooms;
$109 per night for the Suit Rooms.
Rates do not include 6% tax and are subject to change without notice. To reserve a room, a deposit of one-half of the total bill is required for two or more nights or the full amount for one night, plus West Virginia tax.
Room rates include complementary breakfast with coffee, or tea, and juice.
Cancellations: A full refund will be made if cancellation is received 72 hours prior to arrival date. No refunds for early departure.
No Smoking: We are a no-smoking facility, but smoking is permitted outside on the grounds.
Alcohol: No alcohol will be served in Arnott House. Not responsible for accidents related to personal alcohol use
Pets: Sorry, we cannot accommodate guests pets.
Reservations: Reservations may be made by mail, phone, email. You may make payments by personal check, credit card, cash, or travelers checks. There will be a $50 charge on all defaulted checks.
Check In/Check out Times: Guests may check-in beginning at 2:00 p.m. and check-out at 11:00 a.m. We can accommodate guests who want to make special arrangements for different arrival times, but please check-in not later than 9PM.
